Andrew Brewer is the youngest son of Watson Brewer. He is brother to Karen Brewer and half brother to Emily Michelle Brewer. Charlie Thomas, Sam Thomas, Kristy Thomas, and David Michael Thomas are his step-brothers and step-sister.

Andrew is described as shy. He doesn't talk much, however his sister Karen talks enough for both of them. His parents divorce, while amicable, was especially difficult on Andrew. He has a pet goldfish named "Goldfishie", whom he adopted in Little Sister #16, Karen's Goldfish
