Erica Blumberg is a student at Stoneybrook Middle School in the same grade as the older BSC members.

Erica makes brief appearances in many BSC books:

• She compares tans with Shawna Riverson in #10.
• In #52, Mary Anne + 2 Many Babies, Erica expresses great annoyance when Gordon Brown announces first that all the girls in the class have been "taken," and then that they've all been "used up."
• Erica is in Dawn's homeroom in #57, when she's also seen eating her breakfast (toast and a can of orange juice) while walking into school.
• In #60, Mary Anne's Makeover, she seems to not recognize Mary Anne and think that Logan's dating someone else.
• She's seen at the movies with Cokie Mason in #70.
• In #85, Claudia Kishi, Live From WSTO!, she auditions to host a radio show segment called "Bike Advice" with Pete Black.
• Erica is in the same Short Takes class with Claudia, Stacey and Abby, in which they write a play for third-graders to perform, in #91, Claudia and the First Thanksgiving.
• She comes to Claudia's party with Emily Bernstein in #123, Claudia's Big Party.

Erica knows nothing about soccer. She doesn't have any pets.
